Issue 386: boot2 does not know how to read files from FAT partitions on GPT

When boot2 finds FAT partitions (FAT12, FAT16 or FAT32) on GPT, 
typed as "Microsoft basic data", it does not recognize 
them as FAT volumes and does not know how to read files from them.  
Not even get the UUID and LABEL.
Attached is a patch fixing this.
