Replaced the boot logo to a cleaner version.␊
Added Ext3 device icon posted by censor at rocccky's topic(link above).␊
Renamed and added some device icons to match latest Chameleon icons.␊
Made OS logos smaller to fit better inside the device selection.

Blackosx started working with Cinema4D to create a true perspective icon and after posting a sample, Zef loved it and wanted is as the default theme.␊
