The default device graphic drawn on the 'Timeout' screen is 
positioned differently to the device graphics on the 'Device 
Selection' screen. The difference is only maybe 4 pixels or so and 
only noticeable when trying to align and a device to a background, 
for example - placing a box on a shelf.

I've attached a test theme to demonstrate this.

This test is designed to be viewed at 1024x768 resolution. I 
recommend using the timeout boot option set to a high value, say 30 
to give time to read the screen.
