Issue 141: Unable to scroll back when using Wait=y - Chameleon open source boot loader project.

Presently, when you use Wait=y, if the printf routine decides to to 
erase the screen, you cannot see very much useful info

Change: Modify wait=y to be similar to the BootHelp.txt viewer. All 
messages are currently stored, so minimal changes are needed.

I had the idea of making Wait force -v mode, but this looks way 
better :)
