The code is correct. There are two different company names due to Apple changing it's name to accomodate things other than the iPhone. The earlier machines had the Apple Computer, Inc. name, while newer machines droped the Computer.

Apple changed the corporate name in January 2007 and every default is for a machine released after that date.So for consistency they should all refer to Apple, Inc.
