Chameleon is Ignoring Kernel Flags on Revision 2187
I Have Compiled and Tested Revision 2181 It Worked Perfectly then i 
updated the code and compiled it ignores Boot Plist
i tested by redownloading the source of 2187 too
then i reverted to r2181 compiled and it worked like a charm I'm not 
a source expert but please do check
i aint got the bdmesg i just reverted to 2181 on my EFI sorry
