Chameleon Ignore The Boot Flags Of                   
/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.boot.plist

I Have Tested This Personally Cause The Kernel Flag        ' 
root-dmg=file://BaseSystem.dmg ' is ignored but the same flag is 
recognized if it is specified in org.chameleon.boot.plist

Note That The Apps Like OnyX Modifies The Official Boot Plist to 
Boot in Verbose, Single User and Safe Mode
