Issue 367: Chameleon won't load modules - Chameleon open source boot loader project.

Running r2345 on OS X 10.9.1 hack. Prior to this it was r2286 but I 
tried with r2269 as well (using Chameleon Wizard).

None of these versions would load any modules placed in the 
/Extra/modules/ folder, ie. FileNVRAM.dylib.

bdmesg shows that Symbols.dylib is loaded, but that's it.

I also wrote my own test module and compiled it using the current 
trunk (r2345) and that wasn't loading either.
